Brodie Vissers is a filmmaker and creative director working at the intersection of storytelling, gastronomy and brand building.

Through a cinematic and narrative-driven approach, he creates visual content that captures not only products, but the people, places and philosophies behind them. His work is focused on translating craft, origin and identity into compelling visual stories that resonate with a professional audience.

Within Arctic Appetites, Brodie is responsible for visual storytelling and content strategy. He plays a key role in shaping how Norwegian craft products are presented to the European HoReCa market, from short-form digital content to more in-depth brand narratives.

His work strengthens the connection between producers and the market by making products understandable, desirable and relevant in a new cultural context.


Nika Shevela

Nika Shevela is an international sommelier, curator, and advisor specializing in gastronomy and experience-driven storytelling. She works at the intersection of wine, food, and concept development, with a strong focus on translating products and their origins into compelling HoReCa experiences.

Through her work with restaurants, producers, and brands, Nika develops holistic concepts that strengthen both identity and commercial impact. She brings extensive experience in tastings, educational sessions, and guest experience curation, and is recognized for her ability to communicate complex flavor profiles in a clear and engaging way.

In collaboration with Arctic Appetites, Nika plays a key role in shaping how Norwegian cider and craft products are introduced to international markets. Her contribution spans both strategy and execution, with a particular focus on positioning towards quality-driven HoReCa partners and creating memorable, high-end tasting experiences.
