Ostegården produces more than 15 tonnes of cheese every year, and have even won the title of world’s best cheese for our Fanaosten in 2018. Ostegårdens cheeses are mainly sold to restaurants but can also be bought from several of the large grocery chains.

Egge Gård has 20,000 apple trees which normally produce 100 tonnes of apples each autumn. Egge Gård are passionate about both food and drink, and early on saw great potential in the beautiful, sour Norwegian fruit.

Snertingdal Ysteri wants to return the cheeses that were previously produced at this more than 100-year-old cheese factory. With us, you get delicious table cheese, key cheese, gauda cheese and blue mold cheese Snertingdal Blå Viking.

Because it is the sum of all the details, knowledge, enthusiasm, the best apple varieties in the right combination, and the natural conditions we surround ourselves with, that fill the bottles with apple drink. And us with pride, I must admit. In 2001, my wife and I, as noblemen, took over Fevoll farm. From the very beginning, I have had big ambitions for OmCider. And you will feel that by the taste; that it is apple drink of first-class quality.

Alde Cider
Alde is an old name for apple in Hardanger, and Olav Bleie now runs Alde sider and the family garden where apples have been grown since the fruit first came to the fjord. Olav is one of the producers who paved the way for silk production in Hardanger, and is a well-known face in the silk world. He is behind several of the best-selling sides in the Sideland Norway.

Our story starts with a sailing trip in Scottish waters in 2013. Surrounded by old castles and beautiful countryside-reminiscent of our own weathered nature in western Norway-we began to wonder how the whisky-making conditions in Scotland actually differed from the conditions we had back home.
