About Elysian
Elysian is made by Apal Sideri on the Sæbø family farm in Hjelmeland, Ryfylke. Inspired by Sølvsider, it is produced in a dry, fruit-forward style with low residual sugar and a bright, clean finish.

Dry sparkling cider made from Aroma and Summerred apples. 8% ABV. Contains sulphites.
Serving
Pair with seafood, salads and chicken, or serve as a crisp aperitif.
