Valagubben is a semi-sweet sparkling cider from OmCider. A blend of three apple varieties creates a ripe, generous profile suited to both savoury dishes and traditional sharing plates.
Profile
Clear, straw-yellow cider made from Summerred, Gravenstein and Rossett apples. Ripe apple, fruit caramel and peach notes. 8% ABV. Contains sulphites.
Serving
Pair with tapas, cured meats, alpine cheese, rustic dishes or seafood.
