About Sølvsider
Sølvsider is made by Apal Sideri on the Sæbø family farm in Hjelmeland, Ryfylke. It is produced from Aroma and Summerred apples grown near the place where six Viking Age silver neck rings were discovered in 1769 — a story reflected in the cider’s name.
Profile
Dry sparkling cider. Fresh acidity, firm bubbles and ripe yellow-apple notes create a full-bodied profile with a gently creamy mouthfeel. 8% ABV. Contains sulphites.
Serving
Pair with seafood and fish.
