About Odel
Odel is made by OmCider from Norwegian apples with an addition of hops. Its combination of fruit, floral and herbal notes gives the cider a distinctive profile while a restrained grapefruit-peel bitterness keeps the finish balanced.
Profile
Semi-sweet sparkling cider made from Rubinstep and Karen Schneider apples with hops. Pale yellow, with aromas of tart apple, white flowers and green herbs. 7.5% ABV. Contains sulphites.
Serving
Pair with seafood, tapas, ceviche and herb-led salads.
